I train with you, spot you for those heavy lifts, and make sure your form is on point - kyunki injury ka koi scope nahi hona chahiye (because injury should have no scope).
Diet: Khana Saaf Rakho
Your diet is number one. I create personalized bodybuilding diet plans based on your goals - whether you want size or you want to get shredded. Agar khana saaf nahi hai, gym ki mehnat waste hai (if your diet isn’t clean, your hard work goes to waste).

Main Pawan hoon, Noida se. Bodybuilding aur powerlifting mera junoon hai, champion bhi raha hoon. Kadi mehnat, thokarein, fir bhi shaan se chalta hoon. Zindagi ki mushkilein mere liye saaz hain - girta hoon, uthta hoon, fir jeet ke dikhaata hoon. Bharat maa, tiranga, mera gaon, aur sabse badi baat - mera beta, mera sab kuch. Har Har Mahadev!
