Hardcore Desi Gym Training and Contest Prep
Real training for real results. No shortcuts, just hard work, strict discipline, and a proven system to forge a champion’s physique.
This is a glimpse into a typical training day. We move from heavy chest presses to cable flyes for conditioning, and finish with posing practice. Every session is a mix of strength building and detailed work to perfect the physique.
Leg day is fundamental. Here, a client is performing lying leg curls and deep sumo squats to build a complete lower body. Strong legs are the foundation of a powerful physique, and we never skip them.
This is another look at our intense leg training, focusing on sumo squats to target the adductors and glutes for a complete sweep. Proper form and depth are key, which I always enforce during our workouts.
I am always there to spot and push my clients, ensuring they are safe while lifting heavy. Here, I am assisting with a heavy squat, providing the support needed to break past limits and build real strength.
The mirror shows the progress. A client takes a moment to check his gains after a tough workout. This is the 'beast mode' mindset we cultivate, getting stronger each and every day through consistent effort.
Day three into a new championship prep for one of my athletes. You can already see the focus and the beginnings of the conditioning that will get him ready for the stage. The journey to the trophy starts here.
Late night sessions at the gym. The work does not stop. This client is putting in the hours, building the muscle and mindset required to compete. My gym, Bodycraft, is a home for this kind of dedication.
I train my legs with the same intensity I expect from my clients. This video shows me doing dumbbell lunges, a key exercise for quad and glute development. A coach must lead by example in every aspect of training.
About The Mehnat Zone: Hands-On Coaching
Training here is simple but not easy. I am there for every heavy lift to ensure you hit failure safely, and my diet plans are strict because real results require absolute discipline. We don't focus on fancy machines here; we focus on the form, symmetry, and conditioning that actually gets you noticed on stage.
If you are looking for a selfie studio, keep looking. If you want to build a body that commands respect, you are in the right place. My approach is simple: heavy compound lifts, relentless intensity, and a diet plan that is non-negotiable. Whether you are prepping for a bodybuilding competition in Delhi or just want to transform your physique, we follow a path tested by time and results.
The 'Desi' Approach
We train raw. My sessions involve loud music, heavy iron, and 90 to 120 minutes of pure focus. I personally oversee your training at facilities in Mayur Vihar and Ghaziabad (Indirapuram/RDC). I don't just tell you what to do; I spot you, I correct your form in real-time, and I make sure you don't quit when it gets hard.
Contest Prep & Nutrition
Bodybuilding is 70% diet. I provide strict charts that include standard staples like boiled chicken and my signature green juice. There are no magical pills here. For contest prep, I guide you through the final 7 days—the peak week—managing your water, sodium, and carb intake to ensure you are stage-ready. We also practice posing weekly so your muscle definition is showcased perfectly under the lights.
Online & In-Person
Whether we meet in the gym or work via digital check-ins, the expectation remains the same. If you give me your 100%, I give you my 100%. We track everything—weekly photos, scale readings, and fatigue levels—to adjust your programming every few weeks. This is a brotherhood of strength; when you win, we win.
