The stage is where all the hard work is judged. Here you can see a large lineup of competitors, and my athletes are right there in the center, holding their own. We prepare to compete against the best in the bodybuilding circuit.

This is a front lat spread pose comparison on stage. Notice the V-taper and the detailed back musculature. We focus heavily on developing symmetry and mastering these mandatory poses to score high with the judges.

The classic physique category demands both size and aesthetics. Here, my athletes demonstrate the side chest pose, highlighting pectoral thickness, arm development, and striated deltoids. Every pose is a battle, and we come prepared to win.
