My Approach
Mehnat itni khamoshi se karo ki kamyabi shor macha de. This is how I work and how I coach. I started training high-profile clients back in 2008, always keeping things simple and focused on results. Excuses don’t get you anywhere.
What I Believe In
Asli takat baju mein nahi, kaleje mein hoti hai. Transformation is mostly about what you eat. I tell everyone - diet 80%, workout 20%. Miss a workout? Koi baat nahi, I’ll adjust. But diet, no compromise. This is about mental strength, not just muscles. Sometimes, I leave the rest to bhagwan (God).
How I Coach
- Total privacy. Whatever happens in our sessions, stays there.
- Your schedule is not normal, so my plans aren’t cookie-cutter. I make sure your diet and workouts fit your lifestyle, whether you’re shooting all night or travelling.
- First thing I do is understand your day, then create a celebrity transformation diet plan.

My Story
Since 2008, I’ve been lifting, teaching, living gym life. They call me celebrity trainer, but I’m just Arun – desi gym ka banda. Rukna hume aata nahi, jhukna kabhi nahi sikha (We don’t stop, never bow down). I still remember Honey Singh’s call, he trusted me, lost almost 20 kg in a month. My students are my brothers. When they win, I win. Sab kuch Mahadev ki kripa se (All by Mahadev’s blessings). Simple family man, big dreams. Har Har Mahadev.
