My Approach
Dekho, nothing fancy here. Since 2008, I've helped people get real results with desi gym training and zero shortcuts. No hi-fi machines, just good old-fashioned hard work where professional bodybuilders are made. If you want magic, look somewhere else. If you want results, I'm your guy.
What I Focus On
- Diet comes first. I’ll set you up with a custom diet plan for fitness that fits your body and your goals. Miss a workout? Happens. Ruin your diet? Not allowed, boss.
- Training is all about basics. I’m on the floor, fixing form, pushing you, making sure every rep matters. We start with stretching, nail the posture, and build strength from zero.

- Beginners, pros, and everyone in between - all are welcome if you’re ready for realistic weight loss programs or serious muscle building.

My Story
Since 2008, I’ve been lifting, teaching, living gym life. They call me celebrity trainer, but I’m just Arun – desi gym ka banda. Rukna hume aata nahi, jhukna kabhi nahi sikha (We don’t stop, never bow down). I still remember Honey Singh’s call, he trusted me, lost almost 20 kg in a month. My students are my brothers. When they win, I win. Sab kuch Mahadev ki kripa se (All by Mahadev’s blessings). Simple family man, big dreams. Har Har Mahadev.
