Monthly Foundation Batch (12 Sessions)
Program Logistics

- Fees Note: Excludes one-time registration/uniform fees.
Training Focus
- Warm-Up: Coordination drills using animal walks (bear crawl, crab walk) and relay races.
- Tumbling Basics: Introduction to rolls (pencil, egg, forward) on incline cheese mats.
- Props: Usage of hula hoops and ribbons for rhythmic coordination.
- Conditioning: Core stability exercises to prepare for advanced apparatus.
Facility Setup
- Venue: Multi-purpose sports floor with removable modular mats.
- Equipment: Portable beams, springboards, and safety matting systems.
Quarterly Progression Program (36 Sessions)
Session Structure
- Duration: 3 Months (12 weeks).
- Frequency: 3 Sessions per week (~36 sessions total).
- Ratio: Approx 1:10 coach-student ratio with active spotting.
- Assessment: End-of-quarter skill demonstration day.
Skill Development
- Floor Exercises: Training on cartwheels, handstands against wall, round-offs, and bridge walkovers.
- Flexibility: Intensive static and dynamic stretching for splits and shoulder mobility.
- Apparatus: Balance beam work focusing on gait, dips, and basic turns.
- Strength: Bodyweight plank holds and leg lifts for athletic conditioning.
Environment & Gear
- Safety: Usage of high-density crash mats and landing pads for trick attempts.
- Facility: Non-AC or Semi-open facility with industrial fans.

At Trinity Sports, our gymnastics coaching is honestly all about helping kids find their groove and get strong. We aren’t the strict, robotic type - our approach is pretty chill but focused.
What We Cover
- Basics first, then flips and spins. We make sure kids get the moves right before we get fancy.
- Loads of flexibility and balance exercises every session. Forward bends, backbends, balance beam drills - sab kuch milega (you get everything).
- Strength and agility come naturally with our routines. Expect kids to get faster and tougher over time.

- Confidence grows when kids nail a move. We see it every day - that “I did it!” feeling.
- Discipline isn’t forced, it just happens with regular practice.
