How We Train
We keep it simple: you show up, you train, you leave stronger. Our facilities are built for those who want to move away from typical "selfie gym" setups and get into real functional work.
- Strength & Conditioning: Focused on heavy, compound lifts. Our strength zone is equipped with Olympic barbells, heavy-duty squat racks, and dumbbells up to 50kg.
- Functional & Group Training: If you prefer heart-rate spikes, our group batches utilize battle ropes, plyo boxes, and kettlebells to push metabolic conditioning.
- Technical Coaching: We don't just dump weights on you. Our personal training packages include form correction, injury prevention, and basic nutritional guidance to help you track progress.
Sports & Community
Fitness at Trinity Sports goes beyond the gym floor. We believe in variety. If solo lifting burns you out, jump into our pickleball or racquet sports sessions across Bandra and Khar. It’s a great way to build agility and cardio while actually enjoying the workout.

- Quarterly Gym Access: Ideal for those who just need a solid space to lift.

- Locations: We are currently active at Emma Sports Academy in Powai, plus Bandra Gymkhana and Bombay YMCA in Khar and Bandra. Pick the location closest to you and start your training cycle.
