Quarterly Weekday Coaching
Logistics
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat batches).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session including warm-up and cool-down.
- Batch Size: Group coaching format with an approximate student-to-coach ratio of 1:12 to 1:15.
Training Curriculum
- Technical Drills: Correction of batting stance/grip and bowling run-up/action.
- Physical Conditioning: Fitness drills using agility ladders and sprints to improve stamina.
- Simulations: Periodic friendly matches and net scenarios to simulate game pressure.
Facility & Gear
- Surface: Artificial turf wicket providing consistent bounce and monsoon usability.
- Academy Gear: Includes stumps, heavy tennis/season balls, cones, and training aids.
- Personal Kit: Students must carry their own bat, gloves, pads, and helmet.
Monthly Weekend Coaching
Schedule
- Frequency: 2 days per week (Saturday and Sunday), totaling approx 8 sessions per month.
- Timing: Morning or late afternoon slots designed to suit working professionals and students.
Training Focus
- Net Practice: High-intensity sessions emphasizing power hitting and bowling consistency.
- Game Scenarios: Prioritizes open-net sessions and match-play situations over static technical drills.
- Refresher: Quick technical corrections for stance and delivery stride.
Facility Access
- Turf Access: Full usage of the artificial turf facility during batch timings.
- Amenities: Access to academy training aids and changing areas (where available).

- All-round cricket drills to boost fitness, footwork, and quick thinking
How We Train
Every session's on a proper turf pitch with nets. I sort out all the gear, so you don’t have to stress if you’re missing anything. Schedules are flexible - I get life’s busy. Plus, match days are regular here, so you get to see how your skills hold up under pressure.

We’ve teamed up with places like Bandra Gymkhana and Emma Sports Academy Powai so everyone gets a shot at great coaching.
