Quarterly Tennis Group Coaching (3 Months)
Core Coaching
- Duration: 3-month comprehensive cycle (Quarterly commitment).
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat batches).
- Format: 60-minute group sessions (approx. 6 to 8 players per court).
- Locations: Access to hard courts at Bandra YMCA, Khar YMCA, or Emma Sports Powai.
Training Modules
- Drills: Forehand/Backhand consistency, volley practice, and service motion training.
- Fitness: Integrated agility ladder work and footwork conditioning (approx. 10 mins per session).
- Match Play: Controlled point-play simulations in the last 15 minutes.
Requirements & Fees
- Equipment: Students must bring racquets and non-marking shoes; training balls provided.
- Membership: Specific YMCA semi-annual fees (approx. ₹650) may apply separately at registration.
Monthly Pickleball Group Coaching
Program Structure
- Frequency: 2 to 3 sessions per week (Morning or Evening slots).
- Duration: 60 minutes of high-intensity drills and play.
- Format: Group drills followed by open play or round-robin matches.
- Level: Suitable for Beginner to Intermediate players.
Skill Focus
- Technique: Dinking, serving mechanics, grip basics, and rules.
- Fitness: Cardio-intensive sessions with continuous rallying on smaller courts.
- Strategy: Doubles positioning and communication drills.
Gear & Facilities
- Equipment: Community paddles provided for beginners; personal gear recommended after Month 1.
- Courts: Standard hard courts marked for Pickleball.
Monthly Table Tennis Coaching
Coaching Details
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.
- Ratio: Rotation based (2 to 4 players per table).
- Facility: Indoor weather-proof setup with Donic Waldner 909 tables (Powai).
Skill Development
- Technique: Grip correction, service spin variations, and multi-ball smashing.
- Physical: Hand-eye coordination and lateral footwork speed.
- Competitive: Internal leagues and ranking ladder participation.
Requirements
- Gear: Balls provided; trial paddles available but custom racquets encouraged for intermediate players.

We’re Emma Sports Academy, and honestly, sports is our life. We started out wanting to make a place in Mumbai where anyone could play, learn, and just have fun. Doesn’t matter if you’re a chotu (little one) holding a racquet for the first time or you’re just here to get fit with your buddies. We’ve teamed up with places like Bandra Gymkhana and Emma Sports Academy Powai so everyone gets a shot at great coaching.
