Group Running and Community Training in Delhi
Running in Delhi is better with a crew. From iconic Sunday routes to Track Tuesdays, we turn individual miles into a shared journey.
The energy of our tribe running together is electric. This was from our Independence Day run, a day filled with patriotism and shared purpose. Jai Hind.
A typical post-run scene with the crew. We even have four-legged friends join us sometimes. This camaraderie is what makes the tough miles feel easy.
Another great group shot under the banyan tree. We hold up our signs with pride because we are the New Delhi Road Runners, and for us, running truly is life.
An early morning start for a long run. The roads are quiet, the air is fresh, and the company is the best. This is how we build our endurance base together.
Running through Old Delhi is an experience like no other. From Lal Qila to Chandni Chowk, exploring the city's heritage on foot with the tribe is just mazza hi aa jata hai.
Track Tuesday with my tribe. There's no better way to start the day than putting in the work for speed and performance with this dedicated group.
The full crew after a tough track session. Everyone gave their all, and that's what matters. We get stronger together.
About this collection
We don't just run; we coordinate logistics for every session, from hydration support on our Sunday long runs starting at Amrita Shergil Marg to traffic-aware route planning across iconic Delhi landmarks. When you train with us, you aren't just getting a calendar; you are gaining a crew that shows up at India Gate or JLN Stadium, rain or shine, because your goals become our collective focus.
Running alone can be a grind, but running with a tribe changes the game. This is our 'Ubuntu' in practice. Whether it's our Track Tuesdays at JLN Stadium where we focus on speed mechanics and VO2 max, or our long Sunday runs that take us through the history of India Gate, Red Fort, and Chandni Chowk, we ensure that every mile has a purpose.
Our sessions are built on a mix of old-school grit and data-driven preparation. We look at the numbers, like pace and heart rate, to help you hit your PBs, but we value the mental toughness built through community support just as much. You will find runners here of all levels, from 7 to 63, all pushing their boundaries together.
We believe that a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor. That is why our routes and training blocks are designed to challenge you—whether you are prepping for a local 5k, a major city marathon, or even a grueling ultramarathon like Khardung La. When you join us, you are not just a member; you are family. We celebrate the podium finishes and the personal bests, but we also show up for the tough days when the humidity is high and the legs are tired. If you are ready to stop chasing milestones alone and want to find that 'bahut badhiya' feeling with a team that actually cares, you are in the right place.

I founded this club to prove that running isn't just about the miles you log; it’s about the people you share them with. We are a family that pushes each other to get faster, tougher, and better, whether you are training for your first 5k or an ultramarathon. Come run with us.
