From Lodhi Garden sprints to long runs at India Gate, I train athletes to find their rhythm and grit on the open road. Join our community and discover what your body is truly capable of.

Using the urban landscape for strength training. My athletes are doing tricep dips on a roadside curb before heading out for their run. We find opportunities for conditioning everywhere.

Dynamic warm-ups are essential before any run. Here, two athletes are doing drills with a resistance band to activate their muscles before a road running session.

About Marathon & Road Running Group

Running isn't just about covering distance. It's about conditioning your body for the varied terrain of Delhi. I don't just hand out generic plans. We tackle long runs from JLN Stadium to India Gate and build stability on the dirt paths of Lodhi Garden. You will learn proper pacing, hydration strategy, and how to keep your form steady, even on those humid, foggy, or tough Delhi mornings.

Building Endurance on Delhi's Streets

My marathon and road running program is built for those who want to move past the treadmill and test themselves against the city. Whether you are training for your first 10K or aiming to break your personal best in a full marathon, the principles remain the same: discipline, consistency, and proper technique.

How We Train

  • Hybrid Scheduling: We balance structured speed work at JLN Stadium with essential endurance runs on the road. Speed without endurance leads to hitting the wall, and endurance without speed leads to slow race times. You need both.
  • Form Analysis: Shin splints and knee issues usually come from poor form. During our long runs, I watch your gait and correct your posture. We focus on mid-foot striking and cadence to keep you injury-free.
  • Terrain Adaptability: We run where the city runs. We utilize the uneven dirt tracks of Lodhi Garden to build ankle stability and the long, flat stretches near India Gate for race-pace endurance. It is about getting comfortable with discomfort.

The Community Difference

Running alone is hard. Running with a group of 'cheete' makes the distance disappear. Our weekend long runs are supported by group hydration stops and peer motivation. You are not just getting a training plan; you are joining a family that celebrates every milestone, from your first medal to your fastest finish. If you are ready for the grind and willing to put in the work, you will fit right in.

I am Narendra, and I call my athletes 'sher' (lions) and 'cheete' (cheetahs) because that is the spirit we bring to every run. My goal is to get you off the couch and onto the track, where discipline becomes a way of life.
