I believe in hands-on coaching. Here, I am correcting a student's defensive posture and guard. Getting the fundamentals right is the most important step to becoming a good boxer.
You will see your skills improve through practice. This video shows two of my students in a controlled sparring session, working on their offensive combinations and defensive footwork inside the ring.
We build real, functional strength. This is one of my students tackling the rope climb, a classic boxing conditioning drill that builds incredible upper body and core power.

Don't expect rows of air-conditioned machines here. We train the old-school way—using heavy tractor tires for functional strength, high-altitude ropes for climbing, and our own sweat. My training sessions focus on building actual grit, not just appearance, so come prepared to work harder than you thought possible.
Training Philosophy at Delhi Rural Boxing Academy
I believe in training that builds character, not just muscle. At my academy in Baprola, we strip away the fluff of commercial gyms. Whether you are a student under 21 looking to compete or an adult seeking real strength and conditioning, the approach remains the same: hard work and consistency.
What You Will Learn
- Boxing Fundamentals: We start with the basics—stance, footwork, and punch mechanics. You will master shadow boxing, combos, and defensive moves under my direct supervision.
- Functional Strength: We use what works. Expect to flip tractor tires, climb ropes, and perform high-repetition bodyweight exercises like burpees and push-ups. This is how you build stamina for the ring.
- Group Motivation: Training happens in a team environment. You will spar, train on bags, and participate in game days like tug-of-war. We push each other, celebrate small wins, and move as one.
Why Train With Us?
This isn't a place for casual gym-goers looking to take selfies. This is for people who want to learn a sport and get seriously fit. We have high-intensity sessions that run 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
My coaching style is hands-on and verbal. You will hear me, you will learn the rhythm, and you will understand why we focus on agility and conditioning. If you show up, put in the work, and listen to the commands, you will see results.
We provide a full-size boxing ring, a semi-outdoor facility with natural ventilation, and the camaraderie of a dedicated team. If you are ready to put in the effort, come by the academy and let's get to work.
