True fighting power starts in the gym, not just the ring. At MMA Tigers, we build endurance, speed, and explosive strength with intense drills that push you past your limits.

This is what I call a complete workout. From ground-and-pound on a grappling dummy to resistance band drills, we build strength in every aspect of fighting.

Core strength is everything. This difficult exercise, where students stand on their training partners, builds immense stability and mental toughness.

Intense conditioning drills after a tough boxing session. I push my students with exercises like elbow-down push-ups to build endurance when they are already tired.

Synchronized push-ups. We train as a team, pushing each other to get stronger. This builds both individual strength and team unity.

Resistance band training to improve explosive power and speed. This is a basic but highly effective strength training method for fighters.

A glimpse of our intense training sessions, from push-ups to sparring. We build well-rounded, conditioned athletes.

A typical warm-up and conditioning session at my academy. We prepare our bodies for the hard work ahead with dynamic exercises.

We focus on strength training that has amazing benefits for martial arts. This is how we build the power for a 6-pack and a knockout punch.

Fitness is important. This video shows the variety of exercises we do in our classes to keep our students fit, strong, and ready for anything.

Tire flips are a staple in our conditioning workouts. It's a full-body exercise that builds the raw strength needed for MMA.

About Strength, Conditioning & Drills

This isn't a vanity workout for mirror muscles. We use tractor tires, heavy sledgehammers, and resistance bands because they replicate the dynamic, explosive movements required in a real fight. You will feel the difference on the mat—your stamina won't fade during sparring, and your strikes will have that extra snap behind them.
