True fighting power starts in the gym, not just the ring. At MMA Tigers, we build endurance, speed, and explosive strength with intense drills that push you past your limits.

This is what I call a complete workout. From ground-and-pound on a grappling dummy to resistance band drills, we build strength in every aspect of fighting.

Core strength is everything. This difficult exercise, where students stand on their training partners, builds immense stability and mental toughness.

Intense conditioning drills after a tough boxing session. I push my students with exercises like elbow-down push-ups to build endurance when they are already tired.

Synchronized push-ups. We train as a team, pushing each other to get stronger. This builds both individual strength and team unity.

Resistance band training to improve explosive power and speed. This is a basic but highly effective strength training method for fighters.

About Strength, Conditioning & Drills

This isn't a vanity workout for mirror muscles. We use tractor tires, heavy sledgehammers, and resistance bands because they replicate the dynamic, explosive movements required in a real fight. You will feel the difference on the mat—your stamina won't fade during sparring, and your strikes will have that extra snap behind them.

Combat-Ready Conditioning

Most gyms focus on how you look in a mirror. Here at MMA Tigers, I focus on how you perform under pressure. My strength and conditioning program is designed for one purpose: to build an athlete who can last all three rounds and still have the power to knock out an opponent in the final seconds.

Why Our Drills Are Different

  • Explosive Power: We don't just use weights; we use tractor tires and sledgehammers to build the kind of raw, functional strength that translates directly to a punch or a takedown.
  • Endurance Under Fatigue: My drills, like elbow-down push-ups and high-intensity circuit training, are meant to keep you moving even when your muscles are screaming. If you can handle these sessions, you can handle the intensity of a real fight.
  • Speed & Precision: Using resistance bands helps develop speed and snap. It teaches your body to generate force quickly, which is critical for boxing and kickboxing.

The Training Environment

We train in a no-nonsense, non-AC environment. It builds character and heat tolerance. My groups are kept small—10 to 20 students—so that I can personally monitor your form. I don't care if you're a total beginner or a competitive fighter; if you’re standing on my mats, you’re here to work hard.
