Here, I am holding pads for one of my students in the ring. This kind of one on one pad work is crucial for developing proper boxing technique, footwork, and power in your punches.
This is an intense pad work session where I call out combinations of punches, kicks, and elbows. This drill builds speed, accuracy, and the ability to react instantly with different strikes.
Respect is the foundation of martial arts. Here, two of my students show respect before beginning a technical pad work drill focusing on precise elbow strikes and powerful kicks.
I work with each student to sharpen their skills. This clip shows a fighter practicing his jab, cross, and kick combinations on the pads, focusing on clean technique and fluid movement.
This pad work session focuses on generating power in kicks. Notice how the student pivots and turns his hip to deliver strong, effective strikes, a core principle of Muay Thai.
This is a typical group class warm up. My students are practicing shadow boxing together, which helps build muscle memory, improve form, and prepare the body for more intense training.
I believe in starting them young. This is one of my junior fighters learning discipline and focus through a Muay Thai pad work session, building a strong foundation with proper form for punches and kicks.

- Personalized Pad Work: This is the core of our sessions. You won't be left alone to hit a bag. I or my senior instructors work the pads with you, correcting your form in real-time. We fix the mechanics of your jab, cross, hooks, and especially those Muay Thai kicks.
- Functional Conditioning: We use battle ropes, tires, and bodyweight drills to build the kind of stamina that doesn't quit. You’ll leave every session knowing you worked, not just sweated.
- Technical Sparring: For those ready, we introduce controlled sparring. This is where theory meets reality. You learn timing, distance, and how to stay calm under pressure.
