We specialize in Muay Thai, the art of eight limbs. I teach students how to effectively use punches, kicks, elbows, and knees for powerful striking.
Our Kickboxing program combines the powerful kicks of martial arts with the strategic footwork and punches of boxing for a well rounded striking game.
Boxing is the foundation of good striking. My training focuses on proper footwork, head movement, and powerful punching combinations.
I also teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a ground based martial art. It provides essential skills for controlling an opponent on the ground through grappling, holds, and submissions.
About Our Core Disciplines
Don't expect fancy forms or choreographed routines here. My classes are structured to build muscle memory through repetition and controlled pressure, whether you are gripping the mat in BJJ or striking in Muay Thai. You will be sweating, you will be working your guard, and you will leave knowing exactly how to handle yourself if a real situation ever forces your hand.
Practical Combat, No Fluff
At Thunder Martial Arts, we train for real-world scenarios. My core disciplines are not about getting a belt or looking good for social media. They are about survival and athletic performance.
Muay Thai & Kickboxing This is the art of eight limbs. We focus on heavy bag work, pad work, and clinch drills. You learn to manage distance, utilize your elbows and knees, and throw strikes with purpose. It is the best conditioning you will ever get.
Boxing Foundations Everything starts with your hands. My boxing curriculum prioritizes proper footwork, head movement, and punching accuracy. Even if you never step into a ring, knowing how to move and strike is the baseline for all self-defense.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) When a fight hits the ground, boxing and kickboxing stop working. That is where BJJ comes in. We cover essential grappling techniques, wrist control, and escapes. This is about controlling an opponent, not just wrestling them.
Training Under Pressure We don't just stand in lines. We do situational drills. You will learn to execute your moves while tired, under stress, and with resistance.
