This is my 'RAKSHANE' self-defense program in action at Reva University in Bengaluru. I train large groups of students, equipping them with practical techniques to stay safe. This shows the scale and trust institutions place in my training.
At Thunder Martial Arts, we are a family. This video shows the diversity of my students, including men, women, and dedicated fighters, all training together and pushing each other to be better.
Here, I am holding pads for one of my students in the ring. This kind of one on one pad work is crucial for developing proper boxing technique, footwork, and power in your punches.
I believe in starting them young. This is one of my junior fighters learning discipline and focus through a Muay Thai pad work session, building a strong foundation with proper form for punches and kicks.
This is what high level technique looks like. You can see one of my fighters executing a perfect Muay Thai sweep during a sparring session, a move that requires timing, balance, and precision to take an opponent off their feet.
Power is not just about strength, it is about technique. This drill, where my student punches through a water target, demonstrates the explosive force that can be generated with a well trained, accurate strike.

Practical Self-Defense
My RAKSHANE program is built for students and corporate teams who need more than theory. We focus on escape routes, aggression management, and close-quarter strikes with knees and elbows. If you are learning self-defense, you need to know how it feels when the pressure is on. That is why we simulate real encounters in our drills.
Fighter Development
For those looking to compete, we treat you like an athlete. You will see pad work sessions in our ring where we sharpen footwork, timing, and power. I hold pads for my students because I need to feel their strike force to correct their form. We blend Muay Thai, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to create a complete fighter.
