Theory is useless if you can't apply it. In my gym, we use controlled sparring to turn raw techniques into real fight intelligence, ensuring you’re ready when it counts.

This is a live sparring session at my gym. You can hear me coaching my fighters in the background, giving them instructions on using low kicks and jabs to control the fight.

This is what high level technique looks like. You can see one of my fighters executing a perfect Muay Thai sweep during a sparring session, a move that requires timing, balance, and precision to take an opponent off their feet.

In this sparring exchange, one of my fighters demonstrates an effective Muay Thai sweep. This technique is used to unbalance an opponent and create an opening for an attack.

Clinch work is essential for close quarters combat in Muay Thai. Here, two fighters are drilling techniques to control the opponent's posture and land powerful elbow and knee strikes from the clinch.

Another sparring round where fighters are testing their skills. I guide them to use a mix of boxing, kicks, and defensive movements to simulate a real fight scenario.

Sparring can get intense, but it is always controlled. This clip shows a dynamic exchange where fighters use a variety of kicks and punches, pushing their limits in a safe environment.
