My Story: The Heart Behind YogaDhara
YogaDhara wasn't born in a fancy office. It started with a single mat in a park and a lot of doubt. This is the story of how I built this space, and why I believe yoga is about moving your life, not just your body.
This picture captures a moment in my studio, but the story behind it started years ago in a dusty park with just a mat and a dream. My journey to creating Yogdhara was filled with struggle and doubt, but it was forged in the fire of purpose. I bring that same fire and presence to every class.
This was my first Yoga Day celebration at my own studio. Even though only a few people came, the room was full of energy. It was a reminder that this path is not about numbers, but about purpose, soul, and showing up no matter what. This is the spirit of Yogdhara.
This was a class I taught on my birthday. I don't take days off from my passion because teaching yoga gives me more energy than it takes. When you find what sets your soul on fire, it doesn't feel like work. It feels like life itself.
Teaching doesn't always happen within four walls. Here, I am leading an outdoor yoga session, connecting the practice with nature. My journey has taken me to many places, but the mission is always the same: to share the transformative power of yoga.
About My Story: The Heart Behind Yogdhara
I didn't open this studio because I was a master who had it all figured out. I opened it because I was broken and directionless, and yoga was the only thing that held me together. When you walk into my Rohini studio, you aren't just joining a standard fitness class; you are stepping into a space where we value consistency over perfection and truth over trends.
Three years ago, I was standing in a park with a small standee and a dream that felt far too big. Most people walked past. Some days I earned nothing. Other days, I felt like my work had failed. But I kept showing up. I learned that dreams often grow in the dark, not the sunlight.
YogaDhara is my rebellion against the idea that yoga is just for physical flexibility or a quick workout. It is an extension of my soul. Whether you are coming to my studio in Rohini or joining a session elsewhere in Delhi NCR, you will find that my approach is rooted in the same 'purpose' that got me through those early, empty days.
I don't teach to keep people busy. I teach to help you handle life—inside and out. Whether we are working on alignment, breathing, or deep focus, the goal is always to create a shift. We use props, we use sweat, and we use silence. If you are looking for someone to push you toward real inner strength—not just someone to guide you through a generic routine—then let's practice together. This is just the beginning.
