My Strength and Form Coaching Process

I don't just hand over a spreadsheet and disappear. Whether we are in the gym for an in-person session or working remotely, I'm analyzing your biomechanics, spotting your heavy sets, and fixing your form until the movement is perfect. You aren't paying for a generic plan; you are paying for someone who obsesses over your lifting technique as much as you do.

Training with my brother after seven months apart. Having a strong training partner pushes you to new heights and keeps you accountable.

Starting the new year by training with friends. We push each other to achieve our goals and build strength together.

Ending the year with a tough workout alongside my training partners. We leave every session feeling bonded, energized, and ready for the next challenge.

Even when sleep deprived, we show up. This was a three hour session fueled by willpower, proving that community and grit can overcome any obstacle.

A great session where all the boys decided to leave everything on the floor. The energy of a group workout is unmatched for pushing your limits.

Back in the gym and hitting heavy dumbbell presses with a spotter. A good spotter gives you the confidence to push for that extra rep you could not get on your own.

About this collection

Here is the reality of how I coach: we start by stripping everything back to the basics. Whether you are pressing 10kg or 100kg, if your form is off, we stop. I personally record your sets for frame-by-frame analysis because video doesn't lie, and that is where the real progress happens. If you are looking for someone to nod along while you lift with bad form, you are in the wrong place.

My coaching process is built on a simple premise: science-backed results over guesswork. I work with clients who are tired of quick-fix fads and ready for long-haul, sustainable strength gains.

How We Work

1. Technical Foundation & Form Correction We focus heavily on the 'Big 3' powerlifts—Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. In my in-person sessions, which run for a full 75 minutes, I am right there spotting you and making real-time biomechanical adjustments to your grip and stance. If you are training remotely, you send me your videos. I break down your movement, point out the leaks in your kinetic chain, and we fix them together.

2. Progressive Overload I don't believe in 'random' workouts. We follow structured cycles. We plan your de-load weeks to manage central nervous system fatigue and ensure you don't burn out. My goal is to get you to your next Personal Record (PR) safely, whether that is in Olympic lifts like the Snatch or building explosive power with sled pushes.

3. Nutrition & Accountability Training is only half the battle. I provide straightforward nutrition plans based on macro-tracking and real performance data. No crash diets, just evidence-based adjustments for fat loss or hypertrophy.

4. The 'No Excuse' Mindset I demand discipline. Whether you are training in a high-end gym in Delhi or a home setup, the effort must be there. I hold you accountable with weekly check-ins because real strength is built when you show up, especially on the days you feel like quitting. If you are ready to stop guessing and start lifting with purpose, let's get to work.

I don’t hand out generic plans that sit in your inbox. I am either right there at the rack spotting your heavy deadlifts or I am deep-diving into your lift videos to fix your stance. You aren't just paying for a trainer; you are paying for someone who obsesses over your biomechanics as much as you do.
