Most people struggle with form as soon as the weight gets heavy, and that is exactly where I step in. My job is to ensure you build real, functional strength without picking up an injury, making sure every set you perform actually moves you closer to your goal.

My coaching style blends modern strength training with traditional techniques. You might start with a heavy barbell for a bench press and finish with a Karalakattai (Indian club) swing to improve your mobility. This mix keeps the routine fresh and addresses the functional needs of your daily life, not just your performance in the gym.
