I believe strength is the base for everything. When you want respect, power, greatness, you have to earn it through pain and discipline. Body hi pehla maidan hai (the body is the first battlefield). What you eat decides if you win or lose. No one can break you till you let yourself down.
Nutrition Without Drama
No bans, no fads, no nonsense. I don’t believe in magic pills or “quick fixes.” We’re in this for real, long-term change. You want rice, potatoes, a reward meal? We'll fit them in. Restriction only leads to failure. My plans are built for the long haul, using an evidence-based sports diet and habits you can actually stick with.

Whether your goal is fat loss or muscle gain, the process stays rooted in science and hard work:
- For fat loss: Realistic calorie deficit, high protein, carbs adjusted to your training, regular tracking

I’ll tell you what works, what’s fake. Creatine? It’s safe, boosts strength, just 5g daily. Caffeine? Helps, but can mess with sleep - we’ll find your right dose.
