Conquering yourself is the first step to conquering the weights. Here, I am providing one on one coaching, correcting form and instilling the warrior mindset needed to succeed in strength training.

About Personalized Coaching & Group Training

In my group batches, I don't believe in 'set and forget' training. You get rotational coaching cues while you work through your sets, which means if your bar path on the snatch is off or your overhead squat stability is shaky, you will hear me correct you immediately. We train in a fan-cooled, no-nonsense warehouse space in Sector 99 where the only thing that matters is the iron, your technique, and your progress.
