From overhead squats to floor exercises, every part of the workout is supervised. I ensure that even during warm ups or accessory work, my clients are moving with purpose and correct form.

About Personalized Coaching & Group Training
In my group batches, I don't believe in 'set and forget' training. You get rotational coaching cues while you work through your sets, which means if your bar path on the snatch is off or your overhead squat stability is shaky, you will hear me correct you immediately. We train in a fan-cooled, no-nonsense warehouse space in Sector 99 where the only thing that matters is the iron, your technique, and your progress.
Weightlifting and strength training are not just about picking up heavy objects. They are about precision, explosive power, and consistency. When you join my program, you are not just getting a workout chart; you are getting a coach who has competed at the national level and understands exactly what a lifter needs to succeed.
My approach to training is divided into two primary formats to suit different needs:
- Semi-Private Group Training: This is for those who want to be part of a community. We operate in small batches of 4-6 athletes. You get access to competition-grade equipment like Bullrock barbells and jerk blocks. It is high-energy, it is loud, and we push each other to break personal records every week.
- 1-on-1 Competition Prep: This is for the serious athlete. We focus on periodized programming, frame-by-frame video analysis to fix micro-errors, and mental conditioning. If you are training for a meet, I help you with attempt selection and make sure you are peaking at the right time.
Whether we are drilling the Snatch, perfecting your Clean & Jerk, or focusing on accessory movements like deadlifts and presses, the goal is always the same: efficiency. I watch every rep because bad form leads to plateaus and injury. In my gym, we build strength the right way. No excuses, no shortcuts, just results.
