I don't just hand you a plan and walk away. I am there to spot every rep, fix your form, and push you safely past your limits.

Perfecting the pec deck fly. I'm guiding my client to ensure she's engaging the right chest muscles and maintaining the correct range of motion for an effective set.

Adding intensity with a weighted push-up. I'm here to provide the extra challenge and ensure my client's form stays solid under the added load.

Here I am spotting a client during an incline bench press. My job is to give her the confidence to push for that extra rep while ensuring her safety and technique are flawless.

Form correction is key. I'm adjusting my client's arm position for a lateral raise to make sure the work is focused on the shoulder muscles and not his traps.

"Push. Push. Go." This is what you'll hear from me. I'm motivating my client through his last few push-ups, because that's where the real growth happens.

Guiding a client on the chest press machine. My "Personal Instructor" shirt says it all. I provide hands-on adjustments to maximize muscle engagement.

Pushing into the "uncomfort zone" on the leg extension machine. I encourage my clients to go beyond their comfort level because that is where results are found.

Correcting the posture for a bent-over dumbbell row. A straight back is crucial for this exercise, and I'm here to make sure every rep is safe and effective for back development.

Setting up for a safe and heavy squat on the Smith machine. I'm right there to assist and ensure my client feels secure before starting the lift.

Guiding a client through the squat motion. My hands-on approach helps build muscle memory for perfect form, which is essential for leg day.

About My Coaching Style: I'm With You Every Rep

You have seen the images, but here is the reality of my training: I am hands-on. Many people walk into a gym and just mimic what they see others doing, which is how injuries happen. When you train with me, I am the one standing behind you during your heavy squats to ensure your spine is neutral, or correcting your elbow path on the pec deck. I’m not here to count your reps; I’m here to make every single one count.
