About My Guidance: Hands-On Coaching

Most online coaches send a PDF and hope you figure it out. I do not do that. When you train with me, I need to see your lifting clips. Whether you are doing a heavy squat or a shoulder press, I watch your form like a hawk. If your elbow angle is off or your back is rounding, I will stop you immediately. We fix it before you get injured.

I do not believe in distance training where you are left to guess. My coaching is about presence. If we are not in the same gym, you are sending me your training videos. I check the depth of your squats, the grip on your deadlifts, and the tempo of your presses. I want to see you struggle with the iron so I can see where you are weak and where we need to push harder.

We use WhatsApp for all updates. You send the footage, and I send back the corrections. It is direct and fast. There is no waiting for a weekly update if your form is dangerous today. If you are slacking on your sets or making excuses, I will call you out. This is not about comfort. It is about natural bodybuilding and building a foundation that does not crumble.

Whether you are aiming for a V-shape back or trying to bring up lagging body parts, we focus on the basics. We use heavy compound movements like the deadlift and bench press because they build real mass. I will guide you on when to push for that extra rep and when to stop to prevent injury.
