Powerlifting Foundations

This is the core of building real strength. We focus on mastering the form for the three main powerlifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Progressive overload is the key to consistently getting stronger and building a powerful frame.

Olympic & Explosive Power

We use Olympic lifts like the Power Clean, Snatch, and Push Press to build explosive power and athleticism. I also incorporate plyometrics like box jumps to improve your speed, agility, and overall conditioning.

The Coaching Process

Training is only half the battle. I provide straightforward nutrition advice based on real experience, not fads. We use supplements like creatine smartly to support your performance, strength gains, and recovery.
