About this collection
My Diploma in Personal Training from ISFS is the foundation of my methods. It taught me the biomechanics, anatomy, and exercise science that separate a 'gym guy' from a coach who can actually keep you injury-free while you push for your next PR.
I didn't start with a six-pack. I started with a struggle. My journey from fat to fit wasn't built on motivation because motivation fades. It was built on discipline, pain, and the cold, hard realization that no one cares if you're tired. I learned the hard way that if you want your name there, you have to do the work.
The Science Behind The Grind
