About this collection
I don't stand in the corner while you work out. Every session is 60 minutes of me watching your form, adjusting your grip, and correcting your posture in real-time. Whether it is a lat pulldown or a heavy squat, I ensure the tension is on the target muscle, not on your joints. That is how you avoid injury and actually see results.
When you train with me, we follow a simple rule: jitna mehnat karoge, utna hasil milega (the more effort you put in, the more you get). My personal training sessions in Noida Sectors 45, 50, 93, and 99 are built on this.
I do not give out generic workout sheets. I am on the floor with you, spotting your bench presses, adjusting your depth during squats, and ensuring your back is aligned on cable machines. This is not just about moving weight; it is about learning how to train properly so you can eventually train with confidence on your own.
My Coaching Approach
- Form Correction: I physically adjust your posture. If you are doing a deadlift, I make sure your spine is neutral.
- Disciplined Routine: 6 days a week, 60 minutes, private attention. No phone scrolling, no distractions.
- Desi Nutrition: We focus on basic, protein-rich nutrition planning that actually works for your daily routine.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to break a plateau, my method focuses on the fundamentals of strength.
