Join us for immersive workshops where we explore alignment, breathwork, and the traditional wisdom that helps us find balance in modern life.

Glimpses from our "Align & Elevate" workshop in Delhi. We explored the art of sequencing, breaking down complex poses and building energetic practices through movement, postures, and breathwork.

A moment of shared intention at our Sangraha Summer workshop in Bombay. This practice, created by Eddie Stern, is a collection of grounding asana and pranayama sequences that calm the nervous system.

Guiding students through a restorative pose during the Sangraha Summer workshop. It was a beautiful, slow Sunday focused on finding balance and harmony in the middle of a bustling city.

Students practice a supported shoulder stand variation during our workshop. Using props like bolsters makes inversions accessible and allows for a deeper restorative experience.

A co-teacher guides students into Savasana (Corpse Pose) at the end of our workshop. This final rest is essential for integrating the benefits of the practice.

This video shows the dynamic movement portion of our Sangraha workshop. The sequence is an application of classical Hatha Yoga, using a contemporary approach to affect the nervous system.

Students moving through a vinyasa flow during our workshop. The focus is on coordinating breath with movement to create a meditative and harmonious practice.

Practicing Purvottanasana on stage at the Mysuru Yoga Utsava. It was an honor to be part of this incredible festival and share the practice with such a large and enthusiastic community.

Demonstrating Adho Mukha Svanasana on stage at the Mysuru Yoga Utsava, alongside my teacher Eddie Stern. This event was filled with grace, abundance, and synchronicity.

Practicing Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) with fellow yogis at an outdoor session in Mysore. The collective energy of practicing together in this historic city of yoga was truly special.

About Workshops & Special Events

My workshops are rarely just about the poses. We focus on the 'art of sequencing'—breaking down complex postures anatomically so you understand not just how to move, but how to regulate your nervous system. Whether we are in a Gurgaon studio or a larger community event, I limit group sizes to ensure you get actual technique corrections and hands-on adjustments rather than just following along from the back.

Yoga is a practice that unfolds over time, and these workshops are designed to give you the tools to explore that depth. In my 'Art of Sequencing' sessions, we move beyond the standard flow to understand how specific Hatha Yoga postures impact your energy and mood. We examine the mechanics of alignment, using props to make challenging asanas accessible for every body.

Why attend these workshops?

  • Deepen your understanding: We don't just practice; we discuss the philosophy that makes these movements meaningful, helping you apply yogic principles to your daily life.
  • Nervous system regulation: Through Pranayama and guided breathwork, we learn to shift from a state of stress to one of stillness. This is the heart of what we do.
  • Community (Sangha): Practicing alone is valuable, but practicing together hits different. These events are spaces to connect with fellow students in Delhi NCR and beyond.

Whether it is a weekend event at DLF Club 5 or a focused intensive, I invite you to bring your curiosity. My role is to hold the space for your healing—providing a safe environment where you can listen to your own body, find your rhythm, and build a sustainable self-practice. Hari Om.
