Why We Do What We Do
We want kids to grow up loving movement, not dreading it. At Ozone, we’ve built a space where fitness for children feels less like a chore and more like a party. Our goal is simple - help your child get active, stay healthy, and have fun with their friends.
What Happens Here
We mix things up so there’s never a dull moment:
- High-energy group exercise for children, with easy moves like jumping jacks and guided routines.
- Kids dance fitness sessions, where they can learn new steps or just let loose to the music.
- Creative movement classes and themed fitness events, like wild Halloween workouts that blend imagination with exercise.
Only for Our Members’ Kids
This isn’t open to everyone, sirf apne Ozone ke bacchon ke liye hai (only for our Ozone kids). If your child is between 7 and 15, they’ll get to join these activities whenever you’re working out.
What Parents Get
You get to focus on your own session, knowing your kids are in a safe fitness environment, busy making friends and trying new things. They’ll go home tired, happy, and maybe a bit proud of themselves. We believe in growing strong together, milkar (together).
