Why Our Approach Works
We combine youth CrossFit principles with aerobic games to keep things dynamic. Instead of boring, repetitive sets, your child will learn foundational movements—like squatting, pushing, and pulling—using their own body weight and light equipment like 1kg to 2.5kg vinyl dumbbells. This sets the stage for a healthy lifestyle without the risks associated with premature heavy lifting.
Safety First
We keep our group sizes small, typically 8 to 12 kids per instructor. This ratio allows our trainers to keep a watchful eye on every participant, correcting posture and encouraging the right form in real-time. The studio features artificial green turf to provide a soft landing, reducing the impact on developing joints.
Progressive Growth
For parents looking for consistency, our quarterly bundles offer a 12-week program that tracks progress over 36 sessions. We track improvements in stamina and flexibility, giving kids a tangible sense of achievement as they move through different challenges. Whether it is through high-energy Zumba, foundational conditioning, or focused yoga poses, we make sure every session feels like a win.
