About Our Class Offerings
We keep our groups small, usually 8 to 12 kids per instructor, because safety is priority number one. Your child won't just be doing exercises; they'll be learning how to move with confidence on our dedicated turf studio, all while having a blast with the music and games that make fitness feel like a party.
At The Gym Health Planet, we know that if it feels like a chore, they won't stick with it. That is why we built a space that looks more like a playground than a traditional gym. Kids get their own 400 sq. ft. studio with soft, artificial turf floors—perfect for jumping around without any scrapes.
What We Do
- Kids Zumba: We use Bollywood and pop tracks to get them moving. It is high-energy, it is loud, and it is genuinely fun.
- Child Yoga: We focus on simple asanas like the Tree or Cobra pose to build flexibility and focus. It’s light, playful, and relaxing.
- Youth Conditioning: Using light vinyl dumbbells and aerobic steppers, we teach them coordination and agility. No heavy lifting, just foundational strength.
Everything is scheduled 3 days a week, making it easy to fit into a school routine. Plus, our members lounge gives you a comfortable spot to wait while they burn off all that energy. Thakna mana hai—we make sure they leave happy and energized every single time.
