Single Session Drop-in
Core Activity
- Duration: Single session lasting 45 to 60 minutes.
- Class Options: Select one specific class from the daily schedule (Zumba, Yoga, Bhangra, or MMA).
- Equipment: Shared use of tires, battle ropes, and standard PVC gym mats (bringing a personal yoga mat is recommended).
Facility Access
- Zones: Entry restricted to the functional turf or studio area during class hours.
- Amenities: Access to changing rooms and water cooler.
Class Dynamics
- Capacity: High-density sessions with 15 to 25 participants.
- Instruction: Microphone-led group commands with limited individual form correction due to class size.
Monthly All-Access Plan
Unlimited Access
- Classes: Unrestricted entry to all scheduled sessions including Zumba, Bhangra, Yoga, and CrossFit.
- Gym Floor: Full use of Nortus strength machines, free weights, and treadmill section outside of class timings.
Wet Area & Amenities
- Recovery: Access to steam room and showers (day use).
- Storage: Temporary day locker provided (padlock required).
Schedule Variety
- Monday: Dance fitness/Zumba.
- Mid-Week: Functional training and CrossFit on the turf strip.
- Thursday: Bhangra sessions.
- Friday: Core strength, ABT (Abs, Butt, Thighs), or Pilates mat work.
Annual Membership & Community Access
Membership Benefits
- Validity: 12 months of unlimited gym and class entry.
- Freezing: Option to pause membership for up to 30 days for travel or medical reasons.
- Guest Access: Includes complimentary guest passes for friends or family.

- Festivals: Entry to organized cultural celebrations (Navratri Dandiya, Holi Bhangra Bash, Lohri) often featuring dress codes and live elements.

For us, group fitness is not just about sweating it out. It’s about the vibe - the music, the laughs, and that “fitfam” feeling. Yahan pe, thakna mana hai! (Getting tired is forbidden here.) Every class is a mix of high energy and friendly faces, whether you’re a total beginner or a regular.
What’s On The Class Menu
- Feel like dancing? I’ve got Bollywood Zumba classes and Bhangra with live dhol beats for full-on desi energy.
- Want to build strength? Jump into functional training sessions or CrossFit with kettlebells, tires, and bodyweight moves. Trainers always keep an eye on your form - “Leg peeche bilkul seedha!” (Keep that back leg straight!)
- Need a reset? Group yoga blends breathing, asanas, and mindfulness. We end with deep relaxation, so you walk out feeling lighter.
- Looking for focus? Try Mixed Martial Arts for beginners or core-blasting ABT & Pilates.
The Community Vibe
It’s not just workouts - it’s community fitness events too. We turn festivals into themed sessions, dress up, and celebrate together. Trainers here are certified, super hands-on, and always pushing you to do your best, safely.

My Story
We started The Gym Health Planet 12 saal pehle (12 years ago) with one thing in mind - build a fitfam, not just a gym. Here, people dance to Punjabi beats, celebrate Lohri, play Dandiya, and yes, sweat and sparkle together. Some walk in, hiding from the mirror, but leave months later flaunting their progress pics. That’s what keeps us going - not big wins, but real, slow, steady change. Hum sab saath mein strong hain (We are strong together).

All-in-one fitness hub - We do Zumba group classes, MMA fitness for beginners, Yoga, Bhangra workout sessions, CrossFit, bodybuilding, kids functional training, and more.

Everyone’s welcome - Young, old, first-timer or pro—koi bhi age group aa sakta hai (any age group can come). Special focus on women and kids.
