About Combat Fitness: Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Our MMA classes focus on striking combinations and functional movement rather than heavy sparring. You will work on your footwork and stance in a high-energy group setting, making it accessible even if you have never thrown a punch before.
Think of this as a high-intensity cardio workout disguised as martial arts. We designed these sessions to break the monotony of standard gym routines.
What you will learn: We start with the fundamentals. Expect to spend time mastering your stance, learning how to shift weight for power, and practicing basic striking combinations. It is about technique over power, ensuring you feel confident in your movements.
