Strengthen your core and improve your posture with our focused yoga, Pilates, and ABT group sessions. Whether you want to tone up or find your zen, we have the right flow for you here in Sector 17.

Our yoga classes include foundational poses like Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) to warm up the body and connect movement with breath.

Our sessions are designed to move you beyond basic gym routines. - Pilates: We strip back the complexity to focus on core stability and controlled movements, using mat-based exercises to strengthen your midsection.
What to Expect in Class
Don't expect a quiet room with total silence. Our vibe is high-energy, even when we are stretching. Because we operate in groups of 15 to 25, our instructors use microphone-led commands to keep the pace up. While the class is lively, our trainers are there to correct your posture—whether it's getting your back leg straight during a stretch or ensuring your form is safe during a crunch.
We provide the space, the turf, and the motivation. We suggest bringing your own yoga mat for comfort, but we have everything else you need to start. Whether you are a total beginner who hasn't stretched in years or a regular looking to tighten your routine, you will find your place in our fitfam.
