This is the sangharsh ka maidan, the battlefield of struggle. We don't just train to be good in the gym, we train to win in the cage. This is a glimpse of our fighter in a full-contact MMA bout, putting all the hard work and technique to the ultimate test.
"Halki thoda power nikalenge, halka halka." This is where champions are made, in the daily grind. Here, I am guiding my student through a boxing sparring session, focusing on using straight punches to cover range and keeping the hands up for defense. Every round is a lesson.
We start them young. Our kids' martial arts program isn't just about fighting, it's about building discipline, confidence, and character. Here you can see our young warriors practicing their boxing and karate combinations with full gear in a safe and controlled environment.
Victory feels best when shared with your parivaar. This is our team celebrating with the first prize trophy at the 3rd Delhi State Amateur & Youth MMA Championship. We came, we fought, and we conquered together, bringing home 8 gold medals.
MMA is not just about striking. We drill wrestling takedowns and defense relentlessly. This is a functional strength drill where fighters practice carrying a partner's weight, building the core and leg strength needed to control an opponent against the wall or on the mat.
He who conquers himself is the mightiest warrior. Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed for fighters, using equipment like resistance bands and weighted bags to build explosive power and endurance. This is the hard work that fuels our performance.
"Andar ghus ke maar ke peeche bahar aana hai." In a fight, your corner is your guide. Here I am coaching one of our female fighters during the MMA India National Championship, giving real-time instructions on footwork, combinations, and strategy to counter her opponent's reach.
The moment every fighter works for. Our student's hand is raised in victory after a tough MMA fight at Canggu Fight Night in Bali, Indonesia. This is the result of countless hours of dedication, sweat, and never giving up.

Every sparring session here follows a strict rotation, ensuring you get real-time corrections on your guard, footwork, and combinations, whether you are training for fitness or planning to compete in the next state-level championship.

We structure our training to cover the full spectrum of combat sports:
- Striking: Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing drills that focus on range, movement, and power.
- Grappling: Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) to master takedowns and ground control.
- Functional Fitness: High-intensity conditioning with tires, battle ropes, and kettlebells to build the engine a fighter needs.
- Self-Defense: Practical workshops for women and kids that emphasize real-world safety and situational awareness.
Our facility in Laxmi Nagar is equipped with 20-25mm EVA puzzle mats and the heavy bags you need to put in the work. Whether you are a beginner stepping onto the mats for the first time or an intermediate fighter preparing for the cage, our evening batches from 5 PM to 9 PM are designed to test you. We keep it real—no shortcuts, just sweat and discipline.
