About Striking: Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai

We teach you to move your body as a single unit. You will quickly learn that power in boxing or Muay Thai does not come from your arms, but from your hip rotation and footwork. We dedicate significant time to heavy bag work and technical drilling so you learn to strike with intention, not just brute muscle.
