Our Approach to Training

We are not a standard commercial gym. We believe that real progress requires consistency, which is why our programs are structured as 3-month terms. This gives you enough time to move past the initial hurdle of learning the basics—like proper striking footwork or BJJ positional control—and actually see changes in your strength and skill level.

Competition & The MFC Series

For those who want to move beyond fitness and into fighting, we host the MMA FITZONE CHAMPIONSHIP (MFC). These events are where our students put their training to the test. If you are looking to compete, our championship series provides a professional platform to showcase your progress in Kickboxing, Grappling, and Boxing.
