About this collection
You don't just hit bags here. In every pad work session, I'm right there correcting your stance, footwork, and impact. If your elbow is dropping or your guard is weak, you'll know immediately—because that's how you build a striker who can actually defend themselves.
Real fighting isn't a dance; it's physics. Whether you're here to learn self-defense or just need a knockout workout, we focus on the mechanics of striking.
The Training Philosophy
I don't run classes for people who want to look like fighters—I train people to be fighters. When we work on pads, we are drilling combinations from Kickboxing, Boxing, and Muay Thai until they become instinct.
- Precision: We don't throw lazy punches. We focus on proper rotation and power generation from your core.
- Conditioning: Your strikes are only as good as your engine. We mix high-intensity cardio with every drill to keep you moving.
- Defense: You learn to hit, but more importantly, you learn how not to get hit. Head movement and counter-punching are non-negotiable.
Why Train in Tagore Garden?
My facility at Delhi Martial Art Academy is built for the grind. We have the matted space, the heavy bags, and the Octagon cage to simulate real-world conditions. You're not just burning calories; you're developing the mindset to stay calm when the pressure is on. Whether it's 1-on-1 private coaching or our group combat sessions, you bring the hunger, and I will bring the discipline. If you are ready to put in the work, you are ready for this.
Jamshed Khan
I'm Jamshed Khan. I don't sugarcoat the grind because that won't help you in a real fight. You show up, you lock in, and you learn how to handle yourself—period.
