About this collection
Ground control is not about raw strength, it is about leverage, patience, and knowing where to put your weight. Whether you are pinned against the cage or need to escape a hold, you have to understand the transition—that split second between standing up and hitting the floor. I focus on those mechanics because that is where most fights are actually won or lost, not in the highlight reels.
Fighting does not stop when you hit the ground; that is where the real chess match begins. My training at the Tagore Garden facility focuses on the reality of combat—when you are taken down, you need to know how to get back up or neutralize the threat immediately. We break down the mechanics of wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) basics to build a foundation that keeps you safe. You will learn to maintain balance, execute clean takedowns, and handle weight distribution so you do not burn out your energy reserves. It is not about flashy moves or Hollywood stunts. It is about surviving and controlling the opponent. From escaping a dominant pin to finding your leverage, every drill in our cage is designed to be battle-tested. If you want to handle yourself in any environment, you need to master this side of the game.
