Mindset & Motivation: The Jamshed Khan Philosophy
Strength starts in the mind. Before you throw a punch, you must have the discipline to step into the gym. This is where I share what drives my training at Delhi Martial Art Academy.
Hum zaroor aayenge usi purane andaaz mein. We will always come back in the same old style.
This is confidence. Walk like you are the king, or walk like you don't care who the king is.
GRIND. Remember, if you quit, then everyone who doubted you was right.
The fitter you get, the more alone you will be. Fitness is a lifestyle that requires discipline that not everyone understands.
People think athletes are not smart. But world class athletes are sharp, disciplined, and have incredible self control.
You don't get strong by going to the gym. You have to be strong just to step into the gym, a place of pain and growth.
It takes you so much effort to defeat me. Imagine how much effort it took for me to build myself.
Forget the fear of whether you can do it or not. If you have decided to do it, then just do it.
All natural, no steroids. This body is built with hard work and dedication.
Success demands time. That's the only secret.
About Coach's Corner: Philosophy & Motivation
Gym jaana aur workout karna alag baat hai, par fighting mentality build karna alag. When you train with me, you aren't just burning calories; you are building a spine of steel. No shortcuts, no fake motivation—just the daily grind that makes you ready for whatever life throws at you.
Most people come to a gym looking for a shortcut to look good. That is not what I do. At Delhi Martial Art Academy in Tagore Garden, we don't just 'exercise'—we train for reality. Whether it is the 6 AM morning slot or the late evening session, the focus remains the same: discipline.
Mindset Is Everything
If you want to be strong, you must be strong enough to step into the gym in the first place. My philosophy is built on three pillars: pain, discipline, and respect. You will learn Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu, but the real takeaway is the confidence to carry yourself like a king—or someone who doesn't care who the king is.
Why Train With Me?
- No Nonsense: I don't give you corporate, sugar-coated feedback. I tell you straight what needs work.
- Real Combat Skills: We don't train for aesthetics; we train for the streets. You’ll learn grappling, takedowns, and striking that actually work when you need them.
- Inclusive Community: From kids to pros, and especially for women’s self-defense, everyone is treated with the same intensity. Strength doesn't know gender.
If you have the hunger to win, you have a place here. The mats are waiting.
