About Strength, Core & Conditioning

Forget standard gym routines where you just chase a pump. At my gym in Tagore Garden, we train for performance, not just looks. We use functional tools like tractor tires, sledgehammers, and heavy bags to build a body that can actually handle the intensity of a real fight. You are not just coming here to lift; you are coming here to work.
