This is my core philosophy. Bade budhhe kehya kare, height matter na karti, fight matter kare. It doesn't matter how big you are; what matters is the fight inside you. Here, we practice ground grappling techniques, focusing on control and leverage, not just brute strength.
Here, "fight like a girl" is a badge of honor. This is a one on one kickboxing session, focusing on proper form for punches and maintaining a strong defensive guard. We make sure women feel safe, strong, and ready for any situation.
This is my team, my family. We train together, we push each other, and we grow together. You'll find people of all ages and fitness levels here, all united by the grind.
Naam ke saath kaam aur izzat judte hain, tabhi usmein vazan aata hai. I teach kids not just to fight, but to build character and earn respect. This is a personal coaching session for our young fighters, focusing on basic boxing combinations and head movement.
Mindset is everything. If you don't believe in yourself, why will the world? We drill not just punches, but confidence. This is an MMA pad work drill to improve striking accuracy and power while defending.
The proof is in the results. Here is one of my young champions with his medal after a tough competition. We don't just train, we build winners inside and outside the ring.
A fight can happen anywhere, so your fitness needs to be functional. This is a glimpse of our cardio and functional training, with drills like wrestling takedowns and core exercises to build real world strength and stamina.
About this collection
We don't use fancy machines here. You'll find tractor tires, ropes, and heavy bags because fighting is raw, not aesthetic. Whether it's our morning or evening batch, expect 6 days of hard grinding on the mats. If you're coming for a quick fix, this isn't the place; come only if you're ready to put in the work.
Our Training Philosophy
I believe in one simple rule: Train Hard, Fight Easy. My academy in Tagore Garden isn't a gym where you come to stare at mirrors. It’s a combat zone for anyone—men, women, kids, or pros—who wants to build real self-defense skills and a warrior's mindset.
What You Get
- Practical Skills: We train for reality. You will learn strikes, grappling, and defense moves from MMA, Kickboxing, and Wrestling. We drill these until they become second nature.
- Conditioning: Fighting fitness is different. We use functional equipment like sledgehammers and climbing ropes to build a body that is actually ready to handle pressure.
- Full Support: Whether you join a group class or take 1-on-1 private coaching, you get immediate form correction. I watch every move. If your technique is wrong, I will tell you.
The Environment
We train in a space that respects the fighter. From the Octagon cage to the matted floor, the setup is designed for safety and intensity. We are open 6 days a week, so there are no excuses for missing a session. If you are a woman concerned about safety, you’ll find a supportive, empowering space here where we treat 'fight like a girl' as a badge of honor, not an insult.
