About MMA & Boxing Drills
We don't just throw punches randomly. You'll spend a significant amount of time on pad work and shadow boxing to build muscle memory before we ever touch sparring. If you’re coming to my session, expect to focus on footwork and technique until those combinations feel like second nature. It’s not flashy, but it’s how you actually get strong.
Stop looking for the easy way out. Real progress comes from the basics: repetition, rhythm, and discipline. Whether you’re training in our Delhi NCR combat gym or outdoors, we treat every session like it counts.
My approach is simple: I strip away the gym-fluencer drama. We focus on boxing combos inspired by legends, grappling defense, and agility ladder circuits that test your coordination.
What you’ll learn:
- Striking: We drill jabs, crosses, and hooks until your form is sharp. It’s all about understanding the 'why' behind the punch.
- Footwork: Most people ignore this, but it’s the difference between a fighter and someone just moving around. We drill movement patterns constantly.
- Conditioning: You will sweat. A lot. We mix functional strength (like weighted planks and burpees) with high-intensity combat movements to keep your heart rate up.
Who is this for? Everyone from total beginners to people looking to sharpen their existing MMA skills. You need to bring your own gloves and hand wraps—come prepared to work. If you’re willing to show up and grind, I’m willing to push you to be better. No excuses, just results.
