About this collection
Here, self-defense isn't about learning a few pre-planned moves; it's about conditioning your mind and body to stay calm under pressure. In my sessions at our Tagore Garden facility, we focus on real-world scenarios—from ground grappling to close-range striking—so you know exactly what to do if things go wrong, not just how to pose for a photo.
Most people think self-defense is about a magic move that ends a fight instantly. It isn't. It is about consistent, hard training. When you walk into my gym, you are not here to play. You are here to learn how to move, how to strike, and how to survive.
My approach uses MMA fundamentals because they work. We cover:
- Striking: Using your hands, knees, and elbows effectively.
- Ground Game: Most confrontations end on the floor. I teach you how to escape pins and control the situation.
- Conditioning: You cannot fight if you get tired in 30 seconds. We build your endurance so you can defend yourself when the adrenaline is peaking.
We train in a professional setup—full cage, mats, and pads. You will spar in a controlled environment so you learn how to handle contact without fear. We have students ranging from beginners to competitive fighters, but the mindset is the same for everyone. It is about respect, discipline, and building a version of yourself that doesn't need to be afraid. Whether you are a student, a working professional, or a mom, if you are ready to put in the work, I am here to coach you.
