Kids & Youth MMA Training in Tagore Garden
This isn't a hobby class. I train kids to be disciplined, respectful, and mentally tough. We build real warriors, not just athletes.

About Young Warriors: Kids & Youth MMA
This isn't a hobby class where kids just jump around. When they step onto the mats here, they follow the same discipline my adult fighters do. We use real Thai pads and controlled sparring to build actual coordination and confidence, not just fitness.
Building the Fighter's Mindset
I treat kids like future athletes. When a child joins my MMA program in Tagore Garden, they aren't just learning to punch or kick. They are learning to focus, to respect the mat, and to push past their physical limits. The goal is to build a foundation that helps them in school, sports, and life.
What They Actually Learn
My training sessions cover the full spectrum of mixed martial arts, broken down for young bodies and minds:
- Striking Basics: Boxing and kickboxing drills using focus mitts and heavy bags. This builds hand-eye coordination and speed.
- Grappling & Mat Work: Understanding how to control weight, movement, and balance. We focus on wrestling basics that keep them grounded and strong.
- Conditioning: We use fun, high-intensity movements that build a 'fighter engine.' No bored kids standing in line. Everyone is moving, sweating, and learning.
Why Start Young?
It is simple. Kids who learn self-defense early on carry themselves differently. They gain self-confidence that isn't just about fighting, but about knowing they can handle themselves. Whether it is for fitness, discipline, or preparation for competitive sports, the training is rigorous but safe. My facility is a professional MMA space—the same one where my adult fighters train—so they get the real experience, not a watered-down version. If you want a place where your child learns that hard work is the only shortcut, this is where you bring them.
