Building a Fighter's Mindset Together
This isn't just a gym; it's a team of fighters. Whether you're training for your first sparring session or competing at a national level, we push each other to get better every single day.

GRIND. Remember, if you quit, then everyone was right about you. This is the mindset of my fighters.

About My Team, My Fighters
Training here is about more than just the workout. You are joining a unit that holds you accountable, whether it is for a 6:00 AM conditioning drill or preparing for a championship trip. If you are looking for people who share your hunger and won't let you settle for average, this is where you belong.
The Fight Family Culture
When you step into our Tagore Garden facility, you leave the excuses outside. We aren't just about punching bags or jumping rope. This team is built on a 'grind culture'—we train together, we travel for championships, and we celebrate wins together.
Why Train in a Group?
- Consistent Pressure: In our group sessions, you are surrounded by people who are just as tired as you are but still pushing for one more rep. That environment forces you to elevate your own game.
- Real Exposure: From local inter-club sparring to trips for national championships, you get access to a competitive ecosystem that tests your skills in real scenarios.
- Mixed Backgrounds: Our team includes everyone from beginners picking up their first pair of gloves to competitive MMA fighters. This variety helps you learn from different skill levels and body types.
Training Discipline
We operate with a strict schedule. Whether it's our Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or Wrestling sessions, the format is designed for high intensity. We don't do 'timepass.' You get access to the matted areas, the cage, and the recovery amenities, but you have to bring the discipline. If you're willing to put in the work, you'll find a community that backs you up every step of the way. No shortcuts, just hard work.
Jamshed Khan
I'm Jamshed Khan. I don't care about your height or your background, only your fight. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start working, welcome to the team.
