These are the peaceful mornings at our studio. Here, students are in Savasana, the final resting pose, which is also the foundation for Yoga Nidra. This is a time for the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the practice and find complete stillness.

In our studio, we do not use guided audio tracks. We guide you live, watching the room to ensure you are actually resting and not just falling into a light sleep. It is simple, consistent work, but it gets the job done.
