Sunrise Treks & Outdoor Yoga

We leave the city noise behind to hike before dawn and practice yoga in the open. These treks, like our popular Kunti Betta and Huthri Betta trips, are about experiencing your breath and movement with the sky and the earth as your studio.

Group Retreats & Community

Our retreats are built around the idea of a 'Happy Yoga Community'. We host day-long and overnight events that include yoga, meditation, shared meals, and free time to relax by a river or explore. These are open to students, families, and corporate groups.

Yoga Nidra & Deep Relaxation

Many people join us specifically for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that brings profound rest to the mind and body. Practiced while lying down in Savasana, this technique is excellent for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, or sleeplessness.

My Personal Practice

I believe a teacher must always remain a student. My own daily practice is the foundation of my teaching, a time for me to connect with my breath and movement in a space that feels peaceful and positive.
