We organize private yoga retreats for groups looking for a day of relaxation and fun. This event included a deep Yoga Nidra session by the river, followed by breakfast and free time to enjoy the serene space. We can customize these for your group too.
This is the kind of peaceful, natural environment where we host our retreats. My dream is to keep teaching yoga in calm, beautiful places like this, creating a happy space for happy people to gather and practice.
About Group Retreats & Community
These retreats are not luxury vacations, so keep your expectations real. We head out to places like Kunti Betta or private farms near Kanakapura, where we practice Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra in open, natural settings. You might be pitching your own tent, walking on uneven ground, or sharing a simple campfire meal. If you are looking for a spa resort with room service, this is not it. We go out there to do the work, get grounded, and breathe together, theek hai?
When we say 'Happy Yoga Community,' we mean it. Our retreats and treks are built for people who want to break their city routine and reconnect with their practice in nature. We keep things simple because that is where the real change happens.
What to expect on our retreats
- Early starts: We often leave Bangalore by 4 AM. The air is still, the world is quiet, and that is the best time to start moving.
- Real practice: Whether it is a sunrise hill trek or a riverside Yoga Nidra session, we treat the outdoors as our studio. We focus on the basics—asana and breath—without any distractions.
- Community vibes: You will be sharing meals, space, and stories with other students. We encourage everyone to participate, help out with the setup, and be present.
We provide transport from Jayanagar, entry permits, and vegetarian meals, but you bring the effort. You do not need to be super fit, but you must be open-minded. If you are ready to stop thinking and just show up for the practice, come join us on our next trip. It is honest work, but you will leave feeling much lighter than when you arrived.
