This is not a hobby class. It is a 21-day commitment to build discipline, mental strength, and lasting physical habits.

This is my free 21-Day Yoga Challenge, exclusively for college students. The video shows a typical session where we move through asanas like Urdhva Hastasana and Bhujangasana. The goal is simple: transform your mind, improve your health, and inspire others.

Consistency is everything. In this video, you can see the dedication of my students during a yoga challenge. Shalini holds a difficult balancing pose for three minutes, showing the kind of mental and physical strength we build in these sessions.

About Youth Yoga Challenge

This challenge is strict for a reason. With only five students per batch, I watch every breath and every alignment. If you miss a single day, you are out of the program—no exceptions and no excuses. This keeps the energy high and ensures that every student in the room is fully committed to their own growth.

Why This Challenge?

College life in Bengaluru is fast, stressful, and often chaotic. Most people look for shortcuts or quick fixes to feel better. I don't believe in that. This 21-day program is designed to anchor you. We focus on the basics—Surya Namaskars for stamina, Iyengar-style holds for alignment, and deep breathing to calm the mind. It is uncomfortable, and it is meant to be. If you want a place to just sit and relax, this isn't for you. If you want to build a foundation that actually lasts, this is where you start.

The Rules of Engagement

  • Strict Attendance: Missing a single day means you are out. This teaches you that discipline matters more than motivation.
  • Small Batches: Only 5 students per batch. This allows for hands-on corrections. I fix your posture, I guide your breath, and I make sure you aren't just going through the motions.
  • Community: You will be training with others who are equally committed. We push each other to do better.

Preparing for Your Practice

You don't need fancy gear. Just show up on time, in comfortable clothes, with an empty stomach and an open mind. Whether you are dealing with academic pressure, lack of focus, or just general lethargy, this consistent daily practice will shift your perspective. We work on the body to quiet the mind. Theek hai? It is time to stop thinking about starting and actually do it.
